Artistic Preferences

I do both clean and adult art. I work best with an opportunity for humor, some free reign, and interesting concepts! As it stands, here is my current preference listing. It is not a strict guideline. For anything not specifically mentioned, please ask!

Process

1. The commissioner sends an email containing the following:
   - Concept
   - Reference (Character sheet, description, SL screenshots, etc)
   - What medium the commission is to be done in
2. The artist responds with a quote and further questions.
3. The commissioner responds with the requested information and accepts the artist's terms.
4. The artist sends a sketch within two days of the commissioner's acceptance.
   - The commissioner may request minor changes. One redraw is permitted.
5. If desired, the artist will send updates before each major stage of completion.
6. The commission is completed and everyone walks away happy :)

Payment

Accepted: Paypal and Dwolla.

Payment is due after the sketch stage. Sketch commissions must be paid up-front.

Mailing Originals

United States: $5

International: Estimated upon request.

Tracking is included when possible. If you are unable to accept mail, you may instead ask for a print-resolution (300 DPI) scan at no extra charge. I can also hold the piece for delivery at a convention or until further notice.

Disclaimers and Other Stuff

• All work will be completed as quickly as possible, to the best of my ability.
• All work will be completed as accurately to the commissioner's vision as I am capable, without mimicing other artists' styles.
• The commission remains the property of the artist. The commission is not to be reprinted or resold without express consent from the artist. The commissioner is granted the sole right to edit the work for any reasonable purpose, such as avatar use and design updates. The commissioner may upload and share the web-resolution file to any free website as long as it remains intact as commissioned and is properly attributed.
• The commissioner may request a "private" commission at a 20% fee. It will never be uploaded to a social gallery, the artists' website, or used in a portfolio.
• A commission is put on hold until the WIP is approved. Unless I have been made aware of a long absence, a commissioner has 7 days to respond to an email before a second is sent out. If after a total of 14 days there is no response, the commission will be assumed abandoned.
• I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission for any reason, including: Assaulted by real life, assaulted by bears, abandoned by muse, poor customer behavior, Armageddon, and lack of communication. The commissioner will be refunded to the remainder of the uncompleted work.
